One thing I remembered from this school year from 6 grade is when one of the teachers push me and I almost hit my head on my classroom door. The only reason why she pushed me because I was team courage side when I wasn't supposed to but I was drinking water from the water fountain and I was on there side and she pushed me in my class.

Another thing I remember in this school year is when I first came to C.I.S 339. I didn't know anybody but the people from my school and my cousin. When I first came here all my teachers were nice. And like when 2 months later some of them started being mean. And that's how I met people by talking about how nice the teacher are and how mean the teacher were.

Do we have a responsibility to fight for the freedom of others?

In the United States our form of government is called a Democracy. A democracy is a type of government where power is held by the people. The democracy of the United States has a responsibility to represent everyone equally but the government doesn't represent people equally. The rights all people should have in this democracy are an education, healthcare and a family. Do all people have these rights? No all people do not have all these rights. I feel like I have a responsibility to fight for the freedom others and I can do this by writing letters. 

Which one do you believe in?  Social responsibility means that you have a responsibility to help those less fortunate.  Objectivism means you have a responsibility to be happy and just take care of yourself.  I believe in Social responsibility. I believe in Social responsibility because I don't like being selfish and other people don't have food or a home and I don't like seeing people like that. No, you cannot choose where you are born, I do care about the people that do not have freedom because people that do not have freedom they can die and a lot of bad stuff can happen to them. Other people suffering hurt's my freedom because it makes me feel like I'm selfish. The world should care about the limited freedom of other people because it's not fare. Yes, we do have the responsibility to fight for the freedom of others. We have this responsibility because if we can have freedom so can they.

Freedom is real it's just that everyone does not have it. Life is not fair because so many people are not free and they are suffering. I can protest and write letters to the government to get people off the street so they can be free.

Daryl's Question Of Freedom

People come to this country for many reasons like for jobs. People in this country do not have freedom in the United States because some people do not have a home. In this country I feel free because get mostly aything ask for. I am sharing my thoughts and feelings about freedom because I want people oknow that they have freedom.

In this country there are many people who are not free. An example of limited freedom in this country is black people has a better chace of going to jail then latino people. In some places people $10 Billion dollars spent on education, $20 Billion dollars spent on jails. An another example of limited freedom in this country is some peope have freedom ad some people don't. In some places The minimum wage in NY is $7.25 and the living wage is $11.86.

But this country has a lot of good things. One good thing is the president. I do not like this country because all people are not free. Another good thing about being in this country is good protection. By sharing my thoughts, I hope ga price will change. Even though not everyone has freedom, those people that have opportunities can fight for the freedom of others.

Daryl's Vision Of Freedom

To not have freedom would make me feel like I'm in jail. People should have freedom from the moment they are born. Everyone doesn't have freedom because sometimes it's taken. I am writing this vision of freedom to let everybody in the world know that they have freedom.

My vision of freedom begins with my belief that every person deserves a home. Freedom means to go outside when you want to play with your friends. In some places girls like Maya couldn't go outside because she had to do chores. Freedom means to marry and choose whom you marry. Unfortunately girls sometimes have to marry a random person. I hope all the people that don't have freedom to see my vision of freedom will help all the girls and boys that don't have freedom.

My vision of freedom also includes that every person has a family that loves them. Freedom also means to have a house to live in. In some places like where Amerigo live people had no home. Freedom also means to have people to cure you when you need to. I hope th people of America see my vision of freedom. My vision of freedom will never stop.

Dear, President Obama

My name is Daryl Simon and I am a 6th grader at CIS 339, The School of Communication Technology, in the South Bronx, New York. This Tuesday my teacher taught me about a big human rights abuse, World Hunger. There are 923 million people in the world that are hungry. In contents like Africa, Asia and South America. I think you should donate money to those three contents.

America makes these problems worse because so much people have food and some people waste there food.
people waste 50,000 tons of food per day. And that's a lot of food all the people in Africa, Asia and South America can use to live there life.

I am not gonna waste my money buying food in the store anymore cause I can make my own,before I go to school. And all that money people waste on sandwich's the people that really need it can use it for a better use.
